Delta Digital Video

Delta Digital Video is a division of Delta Information Systems, Inc., based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, in the United States. The site says the company designs and builds video compression and scan conversion products. Its markets are military, homeland security, and broadcast.

The company's products include rugged video encoders, video distribution systems, OEM video encoder modules, and scan converters. Scan converters change video signals between formats. Encoders compress video so it can be sent over a link.

The encoders support H.264, H.265, MPEG-2 and JPEG2000 compression. They also use standards such as SMPTE, NTSC, PAL, and VESA. The site says the NextGen products are MISB and JITC compliant.

Markets listed on the site are military ISR applications, flight test video applications, homeland security applications, and OEM work. The site says the products work on airborne, ground-mobile and network-centric systems.

The site says the encoders keep video quality high over constrained datalinks. It also says the company has decades of program experience.

The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D. It gives a one year warranty from the date of shipment for material and workmanship defects.
