Decision Lens develops decision intelligence software for government planning, prioritisation and budgeting. Its platform helps leaders see tradeoffs, optimise resources and defend each decision with a clear record.

The company was founded in 2002 and focuses on software built for the public sector. Its software is used to prioritise and allocate billions of dollars across the Navy, Army, Air Force, federal civilian agencies, the intelligence community and state and local government.

Solutions include unfunded requirements, spend plan tracking, POM planning, facilities maintenance, grant and funding processes, science and technology prioritisation and planning, and transportation planning. Each one is built around defensible and transparent prioritisation decisions.

The company says its software meets strict FedRAMP security requirements and that customers can choose from a range of hosting options. It has received a Top Secret facility clearance and has invested in a hosting ecosystem to support a range of security needs.

Customers can buy Decision Lens through contract vehicles and authorised partners. Implementation support, a customer portal and training through Decision Lens University are also offered. A partner network provides software access and revenue share opportunities.

The company launched its SaaS platform in 2012, added continuous enterprise planning in 2019 and expanded hosting options in 2022. It was named ASMC Distinguished Corporate Member of the Year in 2023, received Air Force and Naval Technology Innovation Awards, and took investment from Diversis Capital in 2024.
