About CV International
CV International, also called Cvi, makes aircraft ground support equipment and nitrogen systems in Prineville, Oregon. It is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The company was founded in 1981.
Cvi has moved its operations into a new 70,000 square foot factory in Prineville. Engineering, fabrication, assembly and support now sit under one roof. The building includes 6,000 square feet of office space and 30,000 square feet of manufacturing space that is ready for growth. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and is a Tier 1 supplier to Lockheed Martin and the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
In aviation, Cvi builds aircraft maintenance stands and platforms. They give workers safe and stable access to airframes and weapon systems. Military platforms include the C-130, E-4, C-17, KC-135, F-16, F-35, B-52 and KC-10. Commercial platforms include the Boeing 737, 747 and 787. Cvi also makes nitrogen generation and servicing equipment for aircraft.
Nitrogen products cover generation, storage, transport and servicing. The company sells them for wind energy, oil and gas, and utilities. Its WindSuite line supplies, boosts, bottles and services nitrogen for wind turbines. Oil and gas customers use its generators for well stimulation, pressure testing and enhanced oil recovery. For utilities, it offers equipment for transformer servicing inside its Transformer Integrated Guard Rail system.
Cvi also makes contaminated fuel detectors and cryogenic samplers for liquids such as LOX, LN2 and argon. Its product line has grown to more than 50 solutions, including jacking systems and nitrogen servicing carts.
The company's core skills are mechanical design, engineering, welding, metal fabrication, machining and on-site assembly. Its welders are certified in TIG, MIG, fusion, spot and pulse welding. Its shop does sheet metal bending, punching and laser cutting, plus CNC machining and turning. Customers include government, commercial and NGO buyers, and Lockheed Martin has recognized the company for affordability. Cvi also says it used 100 percent renewable wind electricity in 2023 at its Oregon facilities.
