Custom Power designs and builds custom battery packs and energy solutions. It assembles its packs in the United Kingdom and the United States, and it has an office in Fountain Valley, California.

The company makes battery packs for equipment that must work in hard conditions. Its range includes custom battery packs, standard battery packs and build-to-print packs. Its batteries power uses from emergency backup systems to military equipment and aerospace platforms. The company says its products run in applications around the world and that it can ship to most regions.

On quality, the company says its custom packs meet regulatory requirements from UL, CE, IEC, CSA and other bodies. It is part of the Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation. Its technicians keep up their skills through ongoing certification and training.

In July 2026 Custom Power announced a partnership with SDO Associates to bring its battery technology to the defense sector. In September 2026 it named a new general manager for its US operations.
