Cuisine Solutions makes fully cooked sous vide food for restaurants, hotels, airlines and other food businesses. Its corporate office is in Sterling, Virginia, in the United States.

The company says it pioneered sous vide cooking in 1971. In this method, food is sealed in a vacuum pouch and cooked slowly in water at an exact, steady temperature. The company says this gives the same result every time, with strong flavor and good moisture. Its pasteurization process is backed by SQF, HACCP and USDA Organic certifications. Its products are made in BRC-certified facilities.

Cuisine Solutions serves eight groups of customers. They are restaurant chains, food service, airlines and travel, hotels and lodging, retail, military and government, K-12 education and meal kits. The company says it has served 35,000 restaurants and more than 2,500 hotels. It also counts top 10 global airlines and more than 3,500 retail stores among its customers.

Each product arrives fully cooked by classically trained chefs. Kitchens only need to reheat it, finish it and plate it. The company says this cuts prep time, reduces waste and helps teams serve faster. Frozen shelf life runs up to 18 months. Examples include sliced beef sirloin and roasted turkey breast. For stores, the food comes pre-portioned and labeled, ready to heat and eat.

The company also runs CREA Academy, a training school for chefs. It says it has trained more than 80 percent of all three-star Michelin chefs there. It is the official sous vide food partner of the IRONMAN North American Series.

Cuisine Solutions launched new fall and winter products in September 2026. In March 2026 it laid the first stone of a future industrial site at Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon in France. It serves customers in English, French, Thai and Arabic.
