Air Fayre

Air Fayre is an airline catering company headquartered in Gardena, California, about five miles from Los Angeles International Airport. It was founded in 1997, and its California operations were incorporated as Air Fayre CA Inc. in 2008. The company runs what it calls a split-catering model: it does not run kitchens, but handles the logistics from a culinary partner's dock to the set galley on a departing aircraft.

The site names American Airlines as launch client in Portland and lists United Airlines, Delta, Aer Lingus, FedEx and Cargolux among Indianapolis customers. Memphis operations run around the clock at the FedEx hub.
