Comlux

Comlux is a private aviation group that charters, manages, buys and sells VIP aircraft and keeps them maintained. The group blends Swiss precision with an international team, and has operational bases in Malta, Dubai and Almaty with offices across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and the Americas.

Divisions

• Comlux Aviation: VIP charter and aircraft management under several air operator certificates. Since 2003 it has managed more than 80 aircraft while keeping the managed fleet to 35 at a time, including Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Gulfstream, Embraer, Pilatus and Dassault types.
• Comlux Transaction: buying, selling and remarketing business jets and bizliners since 2008, with more than 90 completed transactions, half of them Airbus ACJ and Boeing BBJ aircraft, plus financing contacts, pre-buy inspections and demo flights.
• Comlux Tech: the engineering and maintenance division, with EASA and FAA certifications for maintenance, repair and overhaul, cabin refurbishment, avionics and entertainment upgrades.
• Comlux Middle East and Africa: a 20,000 square metre service and maintenance centre at Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), EASA Part 145 approved, with a hangar for two ACJ or BBJ aircraft at once. It has serviced the first Airbus ACJ TwoTwenty.
• Comlux Services: operational support, crew services and consulting for owners

Aircraft listed for charter include a Boeing BBJ 767 (51 passengers, 14 hours), two Airbus ACJ319, an ACJ318, two ACJ TwoTwenty, a Challenger 850 and a Challenger 604.
