Citadel Completions

Citadel Aviation, listed here as Citadel Completions, is a family-owned, privately held company founded in 2018 that serves the V/VVIP and custom aircraft market. It provides maintenance, repair and overhaul, modifications, cabin interiors, refurbishment, completions and certified engineering and design. The company is based at Chennault International Airport in Lake Charles, Louisiana, with a second location at Dallas Love Field in Texas.

Facility

The Lake Charles site is a 260,000 square foot aviation facility with two hangars able to hold narrow and wide-body commercial-sized private aircraft. It includes an independent supply chain center and a runway of about 10,700 feet. The company states that it opened the facility in 2019 and has since completed 10 aircraft projects in 2019, 15 in 2020, 52 in 2021, 51 in 2022, 52 in 2023, 58 in 2024 and 58 in 2025, covering types such as the Boeing 747, 767, 737, BBJ and Airbus A340.
