About Cofactr

Cofactr provides AI-powered electronic component sourcing, procurement execution, and ITAR-registered warehousing and kitting for hardware manufacturers. Customers upload a bill of materials, and the platform helps them source and buy the parts. The company says its service is built for manufacturers that cannot risk component shortages, compliance gaps or production delays.

The procurement side offers one cart for every supplier. It includes purchase order management and tracking, parts research and technical support, and access to a vetted supplier network of more than 1,000 suppliers. Built-in approvals and automatic capture of quotes, invoices and receipts support audits.

Compliance and traceability offers supplier and inventory data for critical industries. Export details such as COO, HTS and ECCN are tracked automatically. The company says it is SOC 2 compliant, ITAR-registered and GovCloud-ready, and approved for defense and aerospace work. Each order has a complete audit trail with related certificates and documents.

Storage and kitting offers high-mix kitting for builds at all scales, from prototype through production. Customers can turn a BOM into a kit in one click, with full digital tracking. Live inventory dashboards show stock in real time. Storage is ESD-safe and climate controlled. Receiving includes MSL management, anti-counterfeit inspection and compliance checks. One-day kitting is available from bi-coastal warehouse locations.

The company says customers save more than 40 percent of time on procurement tasks and cut BOM procurement timelines from months to days. It says customers can handle ten times the volume without new procurement hires, and that production delays fall by 85 percent. Case studies describe Stoke Space's rapid production cycles, Neros scaling its hardware operations tenfold, and Salient Motion reducing its production cycles to three weeks.

Customers and partners named on the site include Snap, Amazon Robotics, Neros, Standard Bots, Advanced Assembly, Rainmaker, AIGEN, Nautilus Defense, Stoke and Reliable Robotics. Pay-as-you-go pricing has no contracts or upfront costs, with free platform access for unlimited users and a 7.5 percent service fee on managed orders. Enterprise plans add volume discounts, a dedicated procurement specialist and custom ERP or PLM integrations.
