Changi Airport Group

Changi Airport Group (CAG) manages and operates Singapore Changi Airport, one of the most awarded airports in the world. Changi opened in 1981 following the relocation of operations from Paya Lebar Airport, with Terminal 1 the first to open, and has since added Terminals 2, 3 and 4 and Jewel Changi Airport, the lifestyle and retail complex launched in 2019. CAG's stated purpose is Exceptional People, Connecting Lives.

Learning and innovation

At the Changi Experience Studio in Jewel, CAG runs learning journeys and workshops for adults and students covering its airport management philosophy, planning the airport of the future, digital innovation with its digital squads, and the Changi way of service. Facilities at the airport include the first butterfly garden in an airport, the Kinetic Rain installation and extensive shopping and dining.

Sustainability and community

CAG publishes sustainability reports covering emissions, waste and water management and climate resilience, and engages the community through the Changi Foundation for youths at risk and partnerships with local organisations.

Events

Changi Airport Group is listed as an exhibitor at the TIACA Air Cargo Forum 2026, Air Cargo Europe 2027 and Air Cargo Southeast Asia 2027, where it promotes Changi as an air cargo hub.
