CCP Gransden is a UK family business and advanced composites manufacturer with more than 130 years of engineering heritage, describing itself as the UK's only SC21 Gold approved composites manufacturer for the aerospace, defence, security and space supply chain. The company traces its roots to 1894, when Belfast engineer Augustus Warren Hamilton set up a general engineering business at Princes Dock Street in the city's Sailortown district during Belfast's shipbuilding heyday; the firm carried out Admiralty repairs in the First World War, survived the Great Depression and the Belfast Blitz of 1941, and has evolved into a specialist in composite solutions for aerospace, marine, automotive, energy, defence and space clients.

Customer logos on its website include Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Harland and Wolff, Dstl and AFBI, and its imagery spans A320 airliners, composite yacht structures and the Hunt-class GRP mine countermeasures vessel HMS Quorn.
