cargo.one, operated by Cargo One GmbH, is an AI-native operating system for air and ocean freight that helps carriers and freight forwarders centralise and automate their sales and procurement. Since 2018 the company has been building the data foundation and logistics infrastructure behind the platform, and today it works with a remote-first team of 42 nationalities across 24 countries. Customers and partners named on its site include Lufthansa Cargo, Saudia Cargo, which selected cargo.one to deliver what it calls the industry's first AI worker for sales operations, Kuehne+Nagel, which uses the platform to strengthen airline connectivity within its CB Air system, Hellmann and Yusen Logistics.

Airlines and ocean carriers use cargo.one as a digital sales and booking portal reaching forwarders in many markets, with AI workers that automate sales operations on the same data their teams use. The company says its agentic AI works alongside customer teams under their control rather than as bolt-on tools. cargo.one publishes customer interviews with logistics leaders, a blog on logistics people and technology, and help resources, and offers a free starting tier for forwarders.
