About Aircargonet International

Aircargonet International is a privately owned and independent General Sales and Service Agent for air cargo, based in Germany. It sells and manages cargo space for airlines that do not run their own office in a market. The company has been in business since 1999.

A General Sales and Service Agent, or GSSA, represents an airline in cargo markets where its own office would cost too much. The GSSA handles sales, marketing, operations, accounting and controlling, and acts as the airline would. Because one agent serves several airlines, the cost for each airline stays low.

The company was founded in 1999 to serve airlines in former CIS countries. Uzbekistan Airways was its first airline partner. It later became the first GSSA in Germany for Etihad Airways in 2005, Amerijet in 2006 and TAP Portugal in 2007. Middle East Airlines followed in 2009 and Pegasus Airlines in 2012. Further contracts came with Antonov Airlines in 2018, flydubai in 2019 and Royal Jordanian in 2020.

Today the company manages a wide network with a focus on Central America, Central Asia and the Middle East. Its customers are airlines that want cargo sales and service in Germany and nearby markets.

Its sales and marketing work includes sales visits, field and telephone sales, rate negotiation, client liaison, sales leads, routing orders, mailings of tariffs and timetables, press and media contacts, and educational tours. In aircraft charter, it arranges full and part charters, humanitarian flights, power plant loads and AOG and VIC cargo.

The reservations and operations team handles cargo reservations, space control, track and trace, proof of delivery, ULD control, ramp supervision, documentation, claims and statistics. Road transport covers import and export trucking, a European trucking network, load control, cargo acceptance and warehousing. Accounting and administration covers CASS billing, local billing, interline agreements, credit control, cash collection, bank guarantees, AWB distribution and charges correction advice. Customers can ask for other services that are not listed.
