Agiliteam

Agiliteam is a French precision mechanics group in the south west of France that brings together specialist companies in turning, milling, precision machining, sheet metal, non-destructive testing, surface treatment, painting and assembly for aeronautics, space, defence, naval, nuclear and railway customers. Since 2019 it has been part of JINPAO, a Thai industrial group specialising in fine sheet metal, sheet metalwork and assembly of semi-finished products with a main plant 30 minutes from Bangkok, 1,200 employees of 10 nationalities, around 75 million dollars of turnover and a market capitalisation of 300 million dollars. Frédéric Bourgon is chief executive of the group, which operates four sites across the Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Occitanie regions.

• Agiliteam Bagnères-de-Bigorre, Hautes-Pyrénées: metal surface treatment and industrial painting on automated lines, for customers including Airbus, Safran, Daher, Thales, Dassault, KNDS and Alstom
• Agiliteam Louey, Zone Pyrène Aéropole: turning and bar turning of small and very small parts from 3 to 75 mm in bar and up to 250 mm in pieces, sub-assemblies with qualified special processes, small and medium series from 50 to 50,000 pieces, hard metal expertise and a laboratory for the machining of the future with robots, connected measuring tools and EDM; a GIFAS member
• Agiliteam Cestas, Gironde: precision machining and co-design of complex parts and mechanical assemblies with 100 years of experience, prototypes and small series up to 200 pieces, titanium and light alloy expertise and conversion of 3D printed parts, for Daher, Safran, Liebherr Aerospace and ArianeGroup
• Agiliteam Adé, Hautes-Pyrénées: 60 years of precision mechanical engineering in sheet metal fabrication, long-bed machining and assembly, with a dedicated speed shop unit and a 3D printing lab for polymers and composites, serving Airbus, Dassault Aviation, Daher and Safran

• Investment in robotisation, continuous improvement and the latest technologies to keep costs competitive and support industrialisation in its territories
• Carbon footprint reduced through vertical integration, optimised logistics flows and packaging management, with 70 percent of customers local to favour short supply circuits
• Training support for 10 percent of employees and five higher education students on work-study placements
• A downloadable list of certifications, accreditations and qualifications, including Nadcap NDT
