Aeroweld, Inc.

Aeroweld, Inc. repairs, overhauls and converts helicopter engine and exhaust components from its facility in San Marcos, California. It has provided repair services to the helicopter industry since 1995 and specialises in combustion liners and first stage nozzle shields for Rolls-Royce (Allison) 250 engines.

Powerplant work

The powerplant list covers Rolls-Royce M250 components for the C20, C28, C30, C40 and C47 series, including liners, nozzle shields, firewalls, exhaust collectors and containment rings. It also covers Turbomeca Arriel series work.

Airframe exhaust work

Exhaust system parts are repaired for helicopters from Bell (206, 407, 212, 412 and 430), MD Helicopters (500 series), Sikorsky (S-76) and AgustaWestland (A109). The list also includes some fixed wing parts such as Beechcraft King Air and Canadair Challenger.

Quality and process

Repairs follow manufacturer manuals or FAA approved data, and the company states that all repair work is carried out in house at San Marcos.
