• Modifications and ad hoc maintenance on site, on the line, in the hangar during base maintenance, or in its approved workshop
• Engineering orders and modification packages, working with design organizations to remove and install a whole ship set of seats
• LOPA drawings, galley layouts and stowage positions, with compliance statements such as certificates of design
• Technical representation and liaison with OEMs on warranty, modifications, equipment selection, airworthiness directives and service bulletins
• Help with buyer furnished equipment selection through to final article inspection and on dock delivery

Storage and logistics

The company has custom built technical storage for more than 7,000 seat assemblies and over 100,000 different part numbers. It offers short and long term storage of seats and spares, with each seat boxed, labeled and given a storage location. It also packs, ships and delivers seats worldwide, with insurance if needed.
