ACP Metal Finishing Pte Ltd is a surface treatment company in Singapore. It applies protective finishes and plating to metal parts. It also runs non-destructive testing. Many of its processes are approved by aviation authorities.

Its surface finishes include chromic acid anodizing, sulfuric acid anodizing and hard anodizing. It also offers chromate conversion, passivation and electroless nickel plating. Plating options include chrome, nickel, cadmium, silver and zinc nickel. The company also does brush plating, dry film lubricant coating and painting.

Besides chemical processes, ACP offers four non-destructive testing methods. These are fluorescent penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection, eddy current testing and ultrasonic testing. It follows ASTM standards for each method, such as E1417, E1444, E376 and E114, as well as SPOP procedures.

Under its Industry 4.0 plan, the company uses a work-in-progress dashboard on the shop floor that shows outstanding jobs and their priority. It uses 3D printers to make masking fixtures and moulds for its chemical and painting processes. It also uses robots for masking to improve efficiency and consistency.
