A-SAFE USA
Polymer safety barriers, bollards and gates
About A-SAFE USA
A-SAFE makes industrial safety barriers, bollards and gates from polymer. The company says it has 40 years of polymer innovation behind its products. Its solutions serve warehousing, manufacturing, airports, car parks, automotive, cold storage, food and drink, health and hygiene, and packaging sites.
The range includes the iFlex single traffic barrier, with cold storage versions. Other products include pedestrian guardrails, gates, topple barriers, bollards, kerb guardrails, traffic guardrails and height restrictors. Column guards and car park barriers are used for building and column protection. Bollard 190 protects machinery, infrastructure and power boxes from repeat impacts. Pedestrian barriers define walkways and protect people from vehicle traffic in busy sites.
Dock buffers and dock gates protect loading bays and service yards. The service yard pages cover loading dock damage, accident risk and infrastructure damage. Swing gates and barriers can create safe areas where HGV drivers can wait during loading. Rack end barriers and rack leg protectors protect racking. Safety signs and accessories are also available.
RackEye is an active racking management product. It gives real time monitoring that turns reactive repairs into proactive safety. Its listed goals include transforming health and safety, operations and business agility.
The company says polymer has lower lifecycle cost than steel, with zero corrosion and no floor damage. It publishes a polymer versus steel comparison and explains the science behind the barrier. The products page describes its barriers as tested and certified.
A-SAFE offers a site survey, proposal and costing, and expert installation. The survey is free of charge. The company lists PAS 13 tested status. PAS 13 is an independent benchmark for installing and testing workplace safety barriers. The company has an awards page and a partners hub.
Case studies cover warehousing, automotive and manufacturing. The site also offers product brochures, installation guides, BIM objects and impact testing videos. Customers can book a consultation or a free safety audit. Visitors can use a virtual showroom and a product application space.
