Zoeftig makes airport seating and waiting room chairs for any public use. It was founded in 1976 in London. The company says it remains rooted in the UK. Its main base is in Bude, Cornwall. The website says it has worked in airport seating for more than 50 years.

The company has offices in the UK, Europe, East Asia and the Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and the Americas. These include offices in Dubai, Smyrna in Georgia, and Singapore. Each project is led by an in-house team. The team covers design, engineering, logistics and support.

Its seating lines include Vista, Vista SmartHub, Zenky Plus, Zenky Classic, inFINITE, Contact and Zineare. Vista is a modular system built from linear units, curved units, node units, arms and tables. Designers can build layouts that encourage collaboration and improve passenger flow. Many seats come with charging points.

Vista SmartHub is a power bar for seating. It offers mains power, USB charging and optional wireless charging. It comes in bar height, desk height and ADA and DDA compliant sizes. At Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 2, Vista was used with 1,961 powered seats in 22 layouts.

Zoeftig says its seating has been installed on every continent. The website says it has more than 350 installations across six continents. Named airports include Stockholm Arlanda, Salt Lake City, London Stansted, Pittsburgh, Dubai International, Denver and Birmingham. Other sites include the Skarfabakki Cruise Terminal in Reykjavik. Its seats also appear in railway stations, bus depots, ferry terminals and healthcare waiting areas.

The company says it uses ISO accredited systems and tests its products. It considers materials, production, packaging and transport to reduce its environmental impact. It works with design agencies and industry specialists.
