XO Scheduler

XO Scheduler makes software for planning aviation training. It puts scheduling, curricula, grade sheets and training records in one system. The company says it is based in the United Kingdom.

The founders spent decades in aviation training and saw how much time and capacity were lost to manual planning. The company says it draws on more than 30 years of experience in training planning. It uses mathematical optimization and AI to build the plans.

The main parts of the product are these. The optimized scheduling tool takes in curricula, availability, qualifications, work rules and cost. Planners set the rules and the software builds the schedule. An AI assistant answers questions about live schedules, explains availability, use of resources and conflicts, and guides users through the software. Curricula can be built day by day, and grade sheets link to them. Training records stay in one live system for the whole team. The company says the tool shows what it optimized for, such as profit or an even workload, so the team can follow each result.

XO is made for airlines, training centers and flight schools that plan pilot, cabin crew and maintenance training. It plans for instructors, simulators and classrooms together, across many sites, and includes travel between bases. The company says it works for a small airline or a large training center.

The site says pricing depends on the size and scope of the training operation, and that the company will prepare a proposal. It says existing data can be linked through an API. Visitors can log in or use a contact form to ask for a talk.
