Wucher Helicopter

Wucher Helicopter GmbH is based in Ludesch, Vorarlberg, and has flown in the high mountains for more than 45 years. It operates the heli-skiing at Lech Zürs am Arlberg, the only resort in Austria where heli-skiing is permitted, and began rescue and heli-ski flights on the Arlberg in 1976.

• Arlberg heli-skiing from Flexenpass (Zürs) and Kriegerhorn (Lech) to the Mehlsack (2,652 m) or Schneetäli (2,450 m), with a qualified guide, booked through the Lech Zürs ski schools; no flights at weekends or on public holidays
• VIP and shuttle flights from airports to Alpine resorts, mountain hotels and landing sites
• Scenic and gourmet flights
• Air rescue, cargo, timber and power line work
• Helicopter school

Fleet

Airbus Helicopters H125 Ecureuil (pilot plus five passengers), Airbus Helicopters H135, Bell 205 A1 and Super Puma AS 332 C1. Wucher runs its own EASA certified maintenance organisation (AT.145.055).
