Woodgate Aviation is an aviation company based at Belfast International Airport in Northern Ireland. The company has served corporate, business, private and general aviation clients since 1969. It holds an Air Operator Certificate approved by the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority.

The company operates a fleet of two Beechcraft King Air BE200 turboprop aircraft and two PA31 Piper Chieftain piston engine aircraft. The King Air aircraft fly private charters and air ambulance patient transfers. The Chieftain aircraft work on Ordnance Survey contracts.

Woodgate Aviation offers aircraft charter, aircraft management, aircraft maintenance, FBO and VIP handling. It also provides air ambulance handling and flight training services. The company is a member of the European Business Aviation Association and the Irish Business and General Aviation Association. It is also part of the AVFuel network.

The maintenance base at Belfast International Airport holds full Part 145 approval and Part M approval including airworthiness. The company is ISO 9001 certified. It is part of the AVFuel network of fixed base operators. It is the only handling agent at Belfast International Airport that offers AVGAS 100LL and hangarage. It also serves as a quick turn stop for ferry flights and business jets visiting the airport.

The company holds a United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority approved training organisation certificate. It offers ground and flight training at Belfast International Airport and at Isle of Man Airport. It also offers full flight simulator training for the BE200 and BE300 aircraft at a secondary base located in Pori, Finland.

SERE Holdings acquired Woodgate Aviation. The announcement was made on November 3, 2025. The acquisition creates Northern Ireland's sole non scheduled aircraft operator and one of the largest specialist aircraft fleets in the United Kingdom.

Woodgate Aviation works with Jet Assist Charter as its appointed charter brokerage partner for aircraft charter enquiries, quotations and bookings. The partnership covers private jet charter, commercial airliner charter and helicopter charter services.
