For aircraft owners, Winjet manages the daily running of the aircraft. This covers regulatory compliance, steady operations and clear cost control. Owners keep control of when the aircraft is available, how trips are scheduled and what operating standards apply. The company says its aim is simple. It protects the aircraft, controls operating costs and makes better use of the aircraft.

When an owner is not flying, the aircraft can be used for private charter. This brings in revenue and helps cover fixed operating costs. Charter trips suit business, leisure and international travel from Dubai. Each client gets a single point of contact, available 24 hours a day, who coordinates flights and operational needs.

Winjet gives flight operation support for the aircraft it manages. This includes flight dispatch and operational coordination, ground handling supervision, crew management, and regulatory compliance with the paperwork that goes with it. It also supervises maintenance.

The company has built its own Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation, known as a CAMO. The CAMO tracks the airworthiness status of each aircraft and oversees maintenance planning and work. It monitors maintenance needs and airworthiness directives. It makes sure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance happens on time. It also works to keep maintenance costs down without cutting safety. Winjet has announced GCAA approval for its CAMO operations.

For maintenance, Winjet works closely with approved maintenance and repair organisations. It supervises line and base maintenance to keep quality and compliance high and aircraft downtime short. Its role is to protect the owner's interests with full oversight of the work and the technical standards.

Winjet also offers optional VIP services, such as crew arrangements, concierge help and extras on board. These are arranged separately from aircraft management and are not needed to run the aircraft. The company has announced a partnership with AviatorXperts and a new VIP concierge service that is coming soon.
