Westair Helicopters S.r.l.

Westair Helicopters is an Italian commercial air transport operator headquartered at MXP Business Park in Vizzola Ticino, close to Milan Malpensa Airport Terminal 1. It serves mainly the oil and gas industry in Europe and Africa. The company says it was founded in 2018 by Weststar Aviation Services of Malaysia under the Weststar NDD brand, and in 2023 two partners, Westair Aviation of Namibia and Avico Group of France, joined to rebrand it as Westair Helicopters.

Westair says it operates in several countries, including Namibia, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Congo, Romania and Malta, with temporary locations such as Mauritania and Sao Tome. Its contact page lists permanent bases at Oranjemund and Luderitz in Namibia, Pointe Noire in Congo, Port Gentil in Gabon, Malabo in Equatorial Guinea and one in Romania. The team is given as 150 people.
