Airgreen S.r.l.

Airgreen S.r.l. is an Italian helicopter operator with its operating base at Cafasse, near Turin in Piedmont, and its registered office in Robassomero. It carries out helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS), passenger and cargo flights, aerial work and firefighting, and it also maintains aircraft and trains pilots and technicians. The company describes safety, seriousness and organisation as its core values, and its news section marks 40 years of Airgreen.

Services

• Passenger transport: sightseeing flights, VIP transfers, and passengers at events such as Formula One and motorcycle Grand Prix, plus site staff transport to places that are hard to reach

The fleet page lists 19 helicopters of 6 different types. Models described are the AW169, AS350 B3, Bell 412 (AB412), AW139 and H145.

Training and approvals

The Airgreen Training Center is described as the only Part 147 school in Piedmont, training aircraft maintenance technicians with basic and type courses. As an approved training organisation (ATO) it also trains pilots. The company manages the continuing airworthiness of its own helicopters and says its maintenance business carried out about 35,000 hours of maintenance over the last three years.
