VSE Aviation

VSE Aviation is the aviation segment of VSE Corporation, an aftermarket distribution and MRO business headquartered in Miramar, South Florida. It combines maintenance, repair and overhaul of components and engine accessories with aftermarket parts distribution for commercial, cargo, business and general aviation, military and defense, and rotorcraft customers worldwide. VSE Corporation is a NASDAQ-listed group with more than 1,500 team members in the aviation business and a stated base of over 5,000 customers.

Distribution

• Authorized distributor of OEM turbine engine parts, avionics, actuation, airframe components and tires
• Brand relationships that include Pratt & Whitney Canada, Honeywell, Triumph and Bombardier, often on an exclusive basis
• March 2026: a globally exclusive, life-of-program agreement with Pratt & Whitney Canada for more than 2,500 aftermarket parts for APS1000, APS2000 and APS2100 auxiliary power units, used on aircraft such as Embraer regional jets, Dash 8, Saab 2000, BAE RJ/146, Fokker 50 and Boeing 737 and 717
• 15-year distribution agreement with Pratt & Whitney Canada covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa, adding to earlier North America and Asia Pacific agreements

MRO and repair

VSE Aviation Services supports operators through six centers of excellence in the United States. It states that it repairs:

• High-flow and high-temperature pneumatics
• Fuel and electrical accessories
• Avionics
• Engine components and engine and airframe accessories
• Interiors and cargo systems
• Wheels and brakes

It keeps a stock of rotable components to support repair work and exchanges, and acquires inventory packages as the market requires.

Manufacturing rights

The company says it holds exclusive rights to manufacture, repair and control the intellectual property for certain Honeywell in-production and aftermarket fuel controls, covering more than 340 unique fuel controls for three engine types used on more than 120 business, general aviation and rotorcraft platforms.

Acquisitions

VSE announced on May 5, 2026 that it had completed its acquisition of Precision Aviation Group. The combined platform has 61 locations in 8 countries, including 48 repair facilities and 11 distribution centers.
