Visionary Training Resources (VTR)

Visionary Training Resources, also called VTR, makes FlightDeckToGo, a virtual reality platform for pilot training. The company says it was founded by pilots with safety and training backgrounds. Its mission is to produce better pilots faster by using virtual reality in airline training.

FlightDeckToGo lets pilots learn flight deck orientation, flows, procedures and multi crew operations. The site says the headset is untethered, with no computer, wires or Wi-Fi needed. It also says the company can build flows and checklists for specific airlines.

The product is aimed at three groups: airlines, approved training organisations and universities. The site says the eye tracking feature checks that pilots look at the right place when a procedure needs a visual check.

The leadership team includes Evey Cormican, founder and chief executive, who is a Boeing 767 captain. Jeff Goin, a 737 captain, is chief innovation officer. Darko Nikolic is chief technology officer. The site says Reaction Simulation merged with VTR in April 2025.

The site has pages for news, the case for virtual reality, perspectives and support. It has a request form for a consultation, and it welcomes investor enquiries. The careers page asks for people with airline, pilot training or virtual reality experience.

The site lists no phone number and no street address. It has a LinkedIn page. The contact form is the main way to reach the company.
