Twin Forks Simulation GmbH builds motion rigs for flight simulators. The company is based in Schönenberg, Switzerland, at Sonnenblick 11. Its slogan is Feel the sky. It says it makes some of the most lifelike six degree of freedom flight rigs in Europe for sim pilots and aviation professionals.

The rigs use a Stewart platform. This design gives motion in all six directions, like the training systems used in commercial flight schools. The company builds the rigs for high-end virtual reality. It also builds them to the needs of each customer, so a buyer can shape the sim to a personal vision. Optional controls from other makers can be added.

The company lists some technical figures. A rig carries up to 250 kg of user load. The linear actuators, which the company designed itself, travel up to 400 mm. Polling precision goes down to 2 ms. The rotation goes up to 30 degrees. The company says the technology is stable, safe and needs no maintenance.
