TruFlight Academy

TruFlight Academy LLC is a helicopter flight school based at Finney Field Airport (T47) in Howe, Texas, north of Dallas. It was founded in December 2021 and is owned and run by Scarlett and Todd Guison. The school describes itself as women-owned and veteran-owned, and says it is the first US helicopter school to train on the Guimbal Cabri G2 with the latest avionics.

Fleet

The site notes that the Cabri is a piston helicopter whose cockpit and procedures resemble a turbine helicopter, which eases later turbine transition.
