ThrustMe

ThrustMe is a French company that makes in-orbit propulsion systems for satellites. Its site says it was founded in 2017 and offers turnkey propulsion products that have been tested in space and delivered to clients worldwide, with a stated aim of supporting the economic and environmental sustainability of the space industry as satellite constellations grow.

Claimed benefits

ThrustMe says the NPT30 is self-regulating, with several embedded control systems that adapt performance to the satellite's situation, safe, with fail-safe algorithms that shut the system down if an anomaly is detected, and modular, so subsystems can be upgraded. It reports a 56 percent reduction in orbit raising time compared with FEEP and a 72 percent reduction in direct and indirect cost compared with Hall effect thrusters. The company also presents low direct and indirect cost, and a true turnkey, standalone product, as its value to customers.
