TECHMAN-HEAD is a French group that serves the aeronautical maintenance market. The group serves aeronautical maintenance engineering, tooling, ground support equipment (GSE) and MRO. It is based in Chatellerault, France.

The group has five companies. TMH-ams makes hydraulic and fuel test benches and accessories. TMH-tools makes aeronautical tools and ground support equipment. TMH-cemep makes parts and mechanical assemblies. TMH-concept builds special machinery and industrial projects. TMH-novatec handles repair and overhaul of engine parts and accessories.

The group can supply a full range of maintenance products. These include ball lock pins, hydraulic test stands, jacks, tripod jacks, engine stands and tools for ground maintenance. Its companies together offer machining, non destructive testing and after sales service.

The group's design office provides technical solutions for specific projects and programs. Its services include 3D design, project management, on site installation, commissioning and training. Its MRO approvals are PART 145, FAR 145 and TCCA.

The group has supported 33,257 aircraft, has a presence in more than 100 countries and serves 523 customers worldwide. Customer quotes come from Safran, Monin Mecanique and GH Securite Civile. The Safran quote thanks TMH-novatec for years of close cooperation with Safran Aircraft Engines.

The quality policy says every company in the group follows an advanced quality approach. The group says it holds the certifications and approvals needed for its work and keeps staff skills up to date for aeronautical jobs. The group also provides spare parts services as a Boeing licensee, a Collins licensee and a Safran Landing Systems distributor.
