Sabrewing Aircraft Company designs and builds unmanned heavy lift cargo aircraft. The company's main product is the Rhaegal, a new generation regional cargo UAV. The Rhaegal offers high efficiency, all-weather operation and vertical takeoff and landing. Its service entry year is 2022.

The Rhaegal carries a VTOL payload of up to 5,400 lbs (2,455 kg) over 1,000 nautical miles (1,850 km), at a cruise speed of 200 knots (370 kph). Its cargo bay is accessed through the nose. It can carry LD-1, LD-2 or LD-3 cargo containers, or bulk cargo on a convertible roller floor.

The Rhaegal needs no runway for vertical landing and takeoff. It can operate day or night in extreme weather. No special training, parts or fuel are needed to maintain it. Its turbo-electric powertrain is fuel efficient and does not need a charging station. Its wings fold automatically for ground transport and storage.

The aircraft has a wingspan of 17 m (55.8 ft), a length of 14.6 m (47.9 ft) and a height of 4.6 m (15.1 ft). It uses a Safran Ardiden 3 turbine. Maximum gross weight is 8,836 lbs for VTOL and 13,765 lbs for conventional takeoff. Fuel capacity is 421 liters, and internal cargo volume is 570 cubic feet.

The Rhaegal's maximum speed is 240 KTAS, and its maximum cruise at 22,000 feet is 220 KTAS. Its best rate of climb in VTOL mode is 5,500 feet per minute at 10,000 feet. The takeoff run with a maximum conventional payload is 3,000 feet.

The corporate office is in Oxnard, California. The aircraft is designed and built at Hayward Executive Airport in Hayward, California, and the company moved its corporate offices from Camarillo. In 2020 it announced an exclusive representation deal and orders worth over $600 million with Arabian Development Marketing Company in Saudi Arabia.
