ProximaVision Aerospace

ProximaVision Aerospace makes AIR READY tethered drone systems. The systems are used for defense, security, broadcast, and emergency response. The drones are powered through a tether. The site says they can stay in the air for as long as needed, with periodic maintenance.

The company lists two systems. The Air Ready X18 is a tactical system. The Air Ready XL18 is a portable system. The site says the standard tether reaches 400 feet above ground. A 700 foot tether option is also available for higher altitudes.

The systems carry 4K and infrared cameras. The site lists UHD video, low latency, a laser rangefinder, and object tracking. It also lists 240x digital and optical zoom and AI features. The software is called Air Ready Commander.

The site describes uses for defense and security teams. These include tactical surveillance, border security, base perimeter defense, and convoy protection. For emergency response, the site describes monitoring public gatherings and supporting first responders.

The site says the drones can give live views for broadcast and sports. It says the company's drone was the only authorized drone in the sky at Super Bowl LX security. The site also lists a demonstration at the ADS-2025 ISR Drone Showcase.

The site says company founder Claudio Lisman has more than 40 years in communications and technology. It says he received a Science and Engineering Emmy award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. The site has a news section and a contact form. It does not list a phone number.
