proveo provides fleet management and telematics software and hardware for airports and ground handlers. It is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany. The company focuses on ground support equipment (GSE) and other mobile high value assets. It was founded in 2002 in Germany.

The proveo platform covers the full life cycle of a fleet or asset business. Its tools include reports and analytics, a live and historical fleet map, and a maintenance module that captures engine data, sends alerts and forecasts maintenance. A driver app for iPhone and Android and a task manager are in development. The driver app is meant to show locations, reserve vehicles and give tasks. The task manager is meant to create tasks and assign them to operators and vehicles.

proveo also offers baggage solutions, from baggage reconciliation to baggage management. Its fleet management covers both motorised and non-motorised equipment. Working with Alps Alpine Asset Tracking, trackers on dollies, carts and towbars feed into the platform. Teams can then see motorised and non-motorised equipment in one view. The system can also flag a dolly that has moved to the wrong gate or cluster.

The company believes that better operations below the wing lead to a better experience above the wing. It describes its system design as open and flexible, which allows custom work and links to current or future systems. It says it delivers at a cost well below traditional providers that use heavier legacy technology.

proveo says its approach can give customers up to 25 percent lower capital spending and up to 20 percent lower operating spending on ground assets. More than 100 clients and partners work with it around the world.

proveo was bought by the US company Quantum Aviation Solutions in 2016. In September 2024 it continued under the proveo brand, and it has since rebranded back to proveo. Its offices are in Frankfurt, Norcross in Georgia in the USA, and Singapore. It also has local representation in Brazil, Colombia, the UAE and India.
