Prime Trip Support
Ground handling, permits and 24/7 trip support worldwide
About Prime Trip Support
Prime Trip Support provides international trip support for flight departments. Its services include flight planning and weather, ground handling, permits and navigation, regulatory support, contract fuel, travel services, risk mitigation and charter. It says it supports operations on 7 continents and speaks 47 languages. It runs a 24/7 contact line for clients.
Licensed dispatchers handle flight planning using tools such as ARINC Direct, ForeFlight and PPS, and can copy a client's preferred plan format. They check and explain NOTAMs and can add weight and balance, runway performance, ETOPS and driftdown work. Meteorologists provide weather charts and a hand-written briefing for the route. Flights are followed around the clock, and movement messages go to stakeholders.
Ground handling covers marshaling, parking, baggage and cargo, aircraft cleaning, refuelling, catering and technical support. Ground power units, tugs, portable air conditioning and stairs are available. A supervisory agent oversees all services and prepares documents. At the destination, a representative helps passengers and crews through customs, immigration and quarantine and can act as a translator. VIP meet-and-assist and lounge access are available in most locations.
Prime handles overflight and landing permits, permits to proceed, airport and airway slots, PPRs, landing rights and special-use permits. It deals directly with civil aviation authorities and air navigation service providers. The company says short-notice permits are a daily event and that it has a success rate above 99 percent on difficult approvals. It also acts as a navigation fee clearinghouse and works with IATA on en route fees.
Clients include corporate operators in private and charter flying, international service providers, airlines and heads-of-state operators.
Clients can request a trip cost estimate or a charter quote online. The company has a MyTrip tool, a vendor page, a sign up page and an ePayment page.
The company says its team has long experience and works around the clock. It aims to be a partner that cares about the mission, not a provider that only checks boxes.
