Polytronix

Polytronix, Inc. is a contract manufacturer of custom engineered displays, precision components and electromechanical assemblies for aerospace and defence, naval, medical and industrial programmes. The company has manufactured in Richardson, Texas, since 1980, with its headquarters at 701 N Plano Road and a second facility in the same city. It works under a combined AS9100D (registered through PRI) and ISO 9001:2015 quality system, holds FAA Part 145 repair station approval and is ITAR registered, with products made in the USA. Polytronix built its early reputation on display innovation, including patented LCD and PDLC technologies, and now covers optical, electrical and mechanical manufacturing under one roof.

• MRO refurbishment and overhaul with FAA Part 145 airworthiness support

Markets and recognition

Polytronix supports aerospace, defence, medical device, industrial and unattended retail (vending) programmes, often long-life programmes that need displays built for demanding field conditions. BAE Systems gave the company a Silver Tier Award in its Partner 2 Win programme for performance in the Electronic Systems supply chain in 2025. Polytronix exhibits at the AEA International Convention and Trade Show in Dallas and the Design-2-Part shows, and maintains third-party registrations across aerospace, medical, automotive and environmental quality systems.
