Pinnacle Aircraft Engines repairs, overhauls and sells aircraft engines. Its shop is at 20421 Bohemian Hall Road in Silverhill, Alabama. It works mainly on Lycoming and Continental engines and other small aircraft engines. The site says it was founded in 2010.

The founders were long time leaders from Continental Motors and the engine trade. The company says it was set up to give aircraft owners, airlines, flight training centers, OEM service centers and parts distributors a well made overhauled engine with strong support. Its staff is said to have over 100 years of combined experience in overhauling these engines. The site states that they have done so without a single failure.

The overhaul process is described in detail. Each engine is rebuilt to factory new limits, with all oil clearances measured and moving parts balanced. New parts are OEM or PMA parts bought from top suppliers. The company uses a one person, one engine method, in which one assembler builds an engine from parts to final assembly. The chief inspector checks the work with checklists. Every engine follows the maker's overhaul manual.

Each engine is then tested on a dynamometer with a computer linked data system. The test run lasts about two hours and records engine speed, temperatures, pressures, flows, torque and horsepower. This also helps seat the piston rings.

The warranty is three years or time between overhaul for overhauls, and 18 months or 500 hours for repaired engines. The company works with insurers on repairs.
