OffBlock

OffBlock GmbH is a German software company that makes a flight crew app and pilot logbook, and a cloud-based add-on for airline crew management systems. The company is based at Haller Strasse 187 in Crailsheim, Germany, and its website and data are hosted in Germany under GDPR rules. OffBlock serves airline, private and commercial pilots and cabin crew, and offers a career page for applicants.

For airlines

OffBlock's crew management add-on sits on top of an airline's existing crew planning system. It gives crew members an interactive flight crew app, simplifies collaboration between crews and crew planning and is intended to raise efficiency without replacing the airline's planning software.

OffBlock Personal

The personal app combines a pilot logbook with crew tools so that flight crews can organise their professional and private aviation life in one place. Features include:

• All relevant roster data on the phone, with the ability to follow the rosters of colleagues and friends
• A pilot logbook for airline, private and commercial pilots
• A dedicated companion app for non-flying family and friends, who can see a shared roster and stay in touch
• Roster import from a growing database of airlines, with the OffBlock Importer app for iOS, and help importing data from third-party logbook apps
• Integration with easy dutyplan, the company's roster evaluation software for tax returns, available in Germany and Austria

Users can ask OffBlock to add their airline if it is not yet in the database, and a newsletter announces new features and updates. Support is available through an in-app chat.

OffBlock appears in the exhibitor lists of the Airline and Aerospace MRO and Flight Operations IT Conference APAC 2026, the Annual Flight Operations Conference 2026 and Pilot Expo 2027.
