About Life Support International

Life Support International, known as LSI, designs, makes, distributes and services life saving equipment for the aviation, marine and tactical sectors. The company is headquartered in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, and has a manufacturing site in Kissimmee, Florida. It says it has served the aerospace community for over 35 years.

Its products are US Mil-Spec, FAA and USCG approved. They include aerial delivery systems, life raft systems, life preservers, survival and first aid kits, and pilot accessory equipment. Featured items include UNI-PAC air-drop survival kits, the MK-III rescue seat, the CSU-13B/P anti-G suit, the HARD-8 life raft and the MK-46 C life preserver.

Customers include OEM aerospace manufacturers, all branches of the US military, foreign militaries, and police, fire and rescue agencies around the world. Programs shown on the site include the P-8A Poseidon, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and the MH-47E Chinook.

LSI bought Aerial Delivery Solutions in 2023. That unit brings over 50 years of parachute design work. It offers consulting, development and manufacturing for aerial delivery systems, plus small batch prototypes and build to print. Its engineers have worked on parachute systems from 10 pounds to 40,000 pounds. The UNI-PAC III system can drop a twenty person life raft from an aircraft at 230 knots and is qualified on the P-8A.

In November 2025 LSI opened a maintenance, repair and overhaul facility in Elizabeth, South Australia, with the Government of South Australia. The team includes parachute riggers, FAA repair staff and AS9100 auditors. Agents work in other countries, and the site has a request information form.
