LEUKA GmbH is a family-owned precision manufacturing supplier in Weiler-Simmerberg in the Allgäu region of Bavaria, Germany, serving the aerospace, semiconductor equipment, defence and space industries. Founded in 1985 by Karlheinz Leuze senior in Weiler-Bremenried, it has been an aerospace supplier for more than 35 years and a family business for over 40, employing more than 160 people with a machine park of over 37 CNC machines. The company describes quality, precision and flexibility as its core values and the quality assurance requirements of the aerospace and semiconductor industries as a matter of course.

• CNC machining of high-quality structural components and complete manufacture of complex workpieces to drawing (build to print) that customers can install directly
• Precision deburring of highly complex workpieces as a speciality, with specially trained staff using special tools to reach even the smallest, deep-lying bores
• Assembly of sub-assemblies, fine machining, surface finishing, measurement technology, component cleaning and robotics

Milestones

• 1989 new deburring production area, 1991 entry into machining, 2000 move to the current site and first appearance at the ILA Berlin air show
• 2002 first 5-axis milling centre, 2007 site expansion with a new production hall, 2008 certification to DIN EN 9100 and QSF-B approval, 2009 start of automation
• 2014 new building and further expansion of manufacturing capacity, 2015 two additional automated 5-axis machining centres
