L&L Products is a family-owned, technology-driven business-to-business company that creates solutions for static sealing, better acoustics, reduced vibration, structural reinforcement and composite components. Recent company news

L&L Products opened a new facility in West Columbia, building on more than 20 years of growth there. Its India unit won gold and bronze awards at a national quality circle convention in 2026 and earned Great Place to Work certification, and the group received a 2026 EcoVadis Silver Medal with a score of 77 out of 100. It has also been named a Detroit Free Press Top Workplace in Michigan for four years in a row.

Community support

The L&L Educational Foundation was set up in 1987 by the company’s founders, Robert M. Ligon and W. Eugene Lane, to help employees pay for adult education. In 2018 the L&L Products Foundation was added for employees outside the United States, and both give scholarships and grants for science and technology programmes in local schools.
