About JetSupport Holding B.V.

JetSupport is a business aviation maintenance company based at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport in the Netherlands. It provides maintenance, modifications and AOG support for business jets and special mission aircraft across Europe. The company says it is built on 25 years of experience in aviation.

Its Maintenance Control Center runs 24 hours a day, every day. Customers with a grounded aircraft can call the AOG hotline or send a request through an online form. They choose whether the problem is the aircraft or a part, and pick a service type.

JetSupport works from hangars at Amsterdam Schiphol, Munich Oberpfaffenhofen, Paris Le Bourget and Nice. It describes its Part 145 approval as covering every major business jet type. The listed types include Dassault Falcon 50EX, 900, 2000 and 7X/8X models, Bombardier Challenger 300/350 and 604, the Global family, CRJ100/200 and DHC-8-100/200/300, Embraer Phenom 300 and Praetor 500/600, Dornier 228 and 328-100, the Piaggio Avanti and the Beech King Air 200 series. Many Cessna Citation models are covered too, from the 510 to the 680.

Services include aircraft maintenance, component testing, repair and overhaul for avionics and mechanical parts, interior repair and refurbishment, and modifications and upgrades such as avionics and inflight entertainment installations. JetSupport also offers technical due diligence and inspection help for aircraft purchases.

Other services are FBO support, with customer offices next to the aircraft, and secure aircraft hotel hangar space at major European airports with direct apron access. Cleaning and on-board services cover interior and exterior care plus restocking of the cabin.

JetSupport also runs OEM parts programmes. These protect avionics and mechanical parts after the OEM warranty ends. They include the Honeywell Maintenance Service Plan and the Collins Aerospace CASP programme, which has three tiers called Essential, CASP and Elite. JetSupport reviews the aircraft's equipment, makes a fixed proposal, enrols the customer and handles renewals.

The company says all its facilities use digital work orders, with real-time tracking. It also takes part in research programmes under the BrightSky Mobility Fund, including Smart MRO and Smart Availability. A careers section lists job openings and type rating offers.
