Safety is a central part of the company operations. Jet Linx holds ARGUS Platinum Elite, WYVERN Wingman PRO, and IS-BAO Stage 3 certifications. It is the only FAA Part 135 or Part 121 operator that grounds its entire fleet once each year to host a Safety Summit for the entire company. This practice began in 2017. The company also operates a Global Safety and Operations Center in Omaha to oversee flight operations.
