HITEC Luxembourg

HITEC Luxembourg S.A. is a 100 percent Luxembourg-owned technology company with four business areas: satellite ground segment, testing and measuring equipment for physical properties, traffic management and mission-critical communications. Its motto is market-oriented, client-centric and technology driven, and it combines industrial engineering know-how with in-house manufacturing to build customer-specific solutions. The company is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and AQAP 2110, holds the Made in Luxembourg label, and has completed its latest ISO re-certification audit.

Space and satellite ground segment

The ground segment team supplies antenna products and services to commercial satcom, government and defence and science customers, and the company takes part in European Space Agency programmes, including the consortia for ESA's Space Situational Awareness programme and the Biomass mission. HITEC exhibits at the Space Symposium in Colorado Springs and in 2026 announced an exclusive sales and service partnership with Toshniwal Brothers (SR) Pvt. Ltd. in India.

Mission critical

For more than a decade HITEC has developed mission-critical products used where communication, collaboration and real-time situational awareness are vital to public safety. Its satellite terminal range provides rapid-response, two-way broadband connectivity for data, video and voice on remote sites.

Testing equipment

HITEC's testing instruments are used worldwide by major producers of carbon black and rubber goods in research and development, product development and quality control.

Traffic management

For almost three decades the company has provided tunnel and traffic management and road information services to public authorities, supporting intelligent transport systems, sustainable mobility and new uses such as connected and autonomous vehicles.

Responsibility

HITEC Luxembourg holds the ESR corporate social responsibility label from INDR and the Responsibility Europe label, has signed the IMS Diversity Charter since October 2020 and signed Luxembourg's National Pact on Business and Human Rights in July 2022.
