About the training

The academy lists its courses by licence level, so students can plan a path from a first trial flight to a private licence and on to a commercial licence. The website shows the logo of the Austrian helicopter association LHA, and it presents the Airbus H125 simulator as part of its training offer.

Group

The academy belongs to the Heli Austria group, whose operating company is based at the heliport in St. Johann im Pongau. The Heli Austria website links to separate academy pages for Salzburg and for Italy, and lists the same course range as the academy site, including flight instructor, night rating and type rating courses.
