Head Aero is an aviation company in Miami and Vilnius that trades aircraft material, mainly landing gear, engines and APUs. It is the parent company of a small group that also leases and overhauls landing gear.

The company is privately held. Its sales and buying team is in Lithuania, and its warehouse and repair station are in Miami. This covers both European and American business hours. Parts ship from its own shelves in Miami, and quotes come from people who know the stock.

Head Aero lists six service areas. Trading and leasing covers the buying, selling and leasing of aircraft, engines, landing gear, APUs, spare parts, components and tools. Repair covers component checks and repairs to the maker's standards. Teardown means recovering parts from end of life aircraft for shop visits and engine overhaul. Engineering and base maintenance covers aircraft design work and checks such as C checks, D checks, phase checks and bridging checks, plus heavy modifications. CAMO and airworthiness services cover maintenance planning, compliance, ARC support and records for airlines, lessors and aircraft owners. Landing gear shipsets for regional and narrowbody aircraft are leased through Landing Gear Leasing LLC. They are overhauled at AWS MRO, a repair station in Miami Lakes, Florida. Because sourcing, leasing and overhaul sit in one group, the company confirms availability, condition and paperwork before a customer commits.

The company supports Airbus A319, A320 and A321, Boeing 737 Classic and Next Generation, Bombardier CRJ100 and CRJ200, Gulfstream G250 to G650 and G6000, and Dassault Falcon 7X and 8X aircraft. Engines include the CFM56, CF6, CF34 and V2500. APU types include the APS 2000 and 3200 and the GTCP85, GTCP131 and GTCP36.

Head Aero holds ASA-100 accreditation and ISO 9001:2015 certification from TIC, TUV International Certification. Its landing gear repair station holds FAA repair station approval and meets EASA Part 145. The company has colleagues in several countries and also lists a section of available assets.
