Grabysur

Grabysur (Suministros Fresados y Grabados SL) is a Spanish aerospace company that designs, manufactures, integrates and repairs human-machine interface (HMI) systems, illuminated cockpit panels and night vision (NVIS) conversions for the aerospace, naval and land sectors. Based at the Aerópolis aerospace technology park in La Rinconada, Seville, it has more than 30 years of business experience and describes itself as a European reference in this technology and a Southern Europe specialist in illuminated panels and NVIS conversion, involved in major aerospace, naval and land programmes.

Products and services

• Integrated control panels (ICPs), flight control units (FCUs), multifunction displays (MFDs), keypads and bezels, designed and manufactured in house
• Illuminated panels delivered in short lead times with AOG delivery, plus customised knobs and dial displays with no minimum order quantity
• NVIS conversion of existing equipment in 48 hours with full functionality and reliability
• Backlit silicone keypads in any shape with IP6x certification for military and civil use, and illumination of legends or symbols on metallic parts and surfaces with EMI protection
• Simulator equipment and components, including help developing customers' simulators, and repair of existing cockpit equipment

Company

• Engineering represents around 30 percent of business and workforce, with an annual investment of 10 percent of turnover in R and D and collaboration projects with universities and technology companies
• All processes carried out in house in more than 2,000 square metres of facilities, including radio-spectrometry laboratories and painting and surface treatment rooms
• Certified in design and manufacturing processes for the military and civil sectors, with REACH and RoHS certificates available on request and a quality, aviation safety and environmental policy that encourages staff to report anything affecting airworthiness
• Member of the Defence Committee of CESUR, the business association of Southern Spain; recipient of Andalusia ERDF 2021-2027 support to expand production capacity and of an ESF+ Emplea-T employment grant
