G.R. Trattamenti Termici, trading as Trattamenti Termici Srl, is an Italian company that heat treats metal parts for other businesses. It is based in Castel Rozzone, in the province of Bergamo, Italy. The company was set up in 1973 as a sole-proprietor firm and says it has worked in heat treatment for third parties for over thirty years.

Its heat treatment processes include carburizing, carbonitriding, sub-critical annealing, normalizing and tempering. It also does induction hardening, quenching with Gleason presses, quenching with press and plug, sub zero treatment and anti carburizing protection. After treatment, parts can be straightened, sandblasted, packed and checked for size.

The work is organised in five production departments: furnaces, quenching press, induction quenching, straightening and sandblasting. The company says it has recently modernised its plant and now runs it by computer. Software and PLC interfaces let it manage the variables of each production cycle in real time and store their details.

A laboratory supports the production floor. It carries out non destructive testing, chemical analysis, metallographic and micrographic inspections, mechanical tests and dimensional tests. The company says it has always stood out for the quality of its finished products.

It also offers design services. It designs and builds its own equipment, and it has a CAD laboratory. Customers can follow their orders through order processing, ready material, treatment booking and test control.
