Fortbrand

Fortbrand Services has supplied ground support equipment (GSE) and airport maintenance equipment (AME) since 1983 to passenger airlines, ground handlers, airports, air cargo carriers and fixed-base operators. From a regional supplier in North America it has grown into a provider with operations in the United States and the United Kingdom, which it integrated into one network in 2023. Its headquarters hub is in Plainview, New York.

• Passenger stairs such as the Clyde 15F2820, with an 88 to 161 inch height range, LED lighting, onboard charging and galvanised construction
• Cargo loaders such as the Oshkosh AeroTech Commander 30i, with 33,000 lb capacity and diesel or electric options
• Belt loaders such as the zero-emission Textron GSE TUG 660E
• Aircraft tow tractors such as the TLD JCT-60 for narrow-body and wide-body aircraft up to the Boeing 777 and Airbus A340
• Snow removal and multitasking equipment such as the Vammas PSB 5500 and Wille 875 Delta, Bucher CityCat sweepers, de-icing equipment and electric GSE
• Illuminex FOD AI foreign object and debris detection

Services

Customers can buy, rent or lease equipment, with in-house financing, trade-in options, maintenance programmes, spare parts and on-site training for airport equipment operations. Locations include the Plainview hub, Orlando, a Miami maintenance shop, Indianapolis, Texas and a Chicago office near O'Hare International Airport.
