About Flying neurons

Flying Neurons is a French company that makes anti collision systems for general aviation. Its main product is the SuperNeurone, a device that helps pilots see and be seen by other aircraft. The company is based at Europarc Pichaury in Les Milles, Aix-en-Provence, France.

The SuperNeurone has radio receivers and transmitters for several standards: Mode S, ADS-B, FLARM, Neurone and ADS-L. It has a front panel and fits in an instrument panel or on the dashboard. It has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and serial ports. The site says pilots can connect it to a transponder, a radio or a traffic display.

Traffic can be seen on the device, on a phone with the SuperNeuroFly app, or on an EFIS linked by Wi-Fi. Alerts can be heard in a headset or through the radio. When the phone has mobile coverage, it can also show traffic from systems such as Safesky and PilotAware and from platforms such as OGN.

The device comes with its antennas and SmartConnectors. The site has an installation configurator that lists items to order. It names transponders from TRIG, TQ, Funke, Becker and Air Avionics, and radios from TQ, Funke and TRIG. Users can choose a portable version with a battery or one built into the panel.

Other products are the MiniNeurone, the MiniNeurone Pack, accessories and the NeuroSky app. The site has pages for shop, manuals, FAQs and support, plus a contact page with a phone number. The company planned to attend AERO 2026 in Friedrichshafen from April 22.
